Not medical advice. Visage generates AI simulations for illustrative purposes only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a guarantee of any real-world surgical or cosmetic outcome. Always consult a qualified, licensed medical professional before making any decision about a cosmetic or medical procedure.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Bias Labs FZ ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Visage. By creating an account, accepting the in-app consent screen, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Visage.
2. Who can use Visage
You must be at least 13 years old to use Visage. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We ask for a date of birth on email sign-up only; if you sign in with Apple or Google, no automated age check runs for that sign-in method — see our Privacy Policy, Section 6.
3. What Visage is — and is not
Visage lets you upload photos of your own face and view AI-generated simulations of what certain aesthetic or cosmetic procedures might look like on you.
- Visage is an illustrative visualization tool, not a medical device and not a clinical planning tool.
- Results are produced by third-party artificial intelligence image models and may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or differ substantially from any real-world outcome.
- Visage does not recommend, endorse, or perform any medical or surgical procedure.
- Nothing in the App creates a doctor-patient relationship between you and Bias Labs FZ or any AI model provider.
4. Medical disclaimer (read carefully)
Cosmetic and surgical procedures carry real risks, including risks the App cannot show you. A simulated image is not a prediction, promise, or guarantee of what any real procedure would look like on you, and does not account for your individual anatomy, healing, surgeon skill, or medical history. Do not use Visage as a substitute for a consultation with a licensed medical professional. Do not make any decision about undergoing a real procedure based solely on a Visage simulation.
5. Your account
You can create a Visage account using Apple, Google, or email sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
6. Your photos and content
You confirm that any photo you upload is a photo of your own face, or a face you have permission to upload, and that uploading it does not violate any law or any other person's rights.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Bias Labs FZ a limited, non-exclusive license to process it — including sending it to our third-party AI processors listed in our Privacy Policy — solely to generate the simulations and analyses you request and to operate and improve the App as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your uploaded photos, generated images, and face records at any time from Settings → Delete my face data in the App, without deleting your whole account — see our Privacy Policy, Section 11, for retention detail.
7. Consent gate
Before you can upload a photo, request a generation, or request a facial analysis, you must accept this Privacy Policy and these Terms on the in-app consent screen. This acceptance is recorded with a timestamp as your consent record.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload a photo of anyone other than yourself without their permission.
- Use Visage to harass, defame, impersonate, or embarrass any person.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App or its backend.
- Use Visage for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any third party's rights.
- Misrepresent a Visage-generated image as a real photograph, medical prediction, or professional advice.
9. Credits and in-app purchases
Certain features consume credits. At the time of this policy's last update, in-app purchases of credits through Apple and RevenueCat are not yet live; when enabled, purchases will be processed by Apple in accordance with Apple's App Store terms, and credits will be granted through RevenueCat. Additional purchase terms (refund policy, credit expiry, pricing) will be published here before that feature goes live: [to be completed].
10. Intellectual property
The App, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by Bias Labs FZ or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
11. Third-party AI models
Visage uses third-party AI image-generation providers (currently including fal.ai and models routed through OpenRouter) to produce simulated images. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the underlying behavior of those third-party models beyond our integration with them. See our Privacy Policy, Section 8, for the current processor list.
12. Disclaimers
THE APP AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SIMULATION REFLECTS A REAL-WORLD OUTCOME.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIAS LABS FZ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DECISION MADE ABOUT A REAL COSMETIC OR SURGICAL PROCEDURE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED. Jurisdiction-specific liability caps: [to be completed].
14. Termination and account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or where required by law. On account deletion, we erase your profile, photos, and derived data as described in our Privacy Policy, Section 11.
15. Changes to the App or these Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we change these Terms, and will highlight material changes in the App. Continuing to use Visage after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai [to be completed — DIFC Courts opt-in, if elected].
